Where is zooknock in rs
If you are doing skeleton gorilla training I advise you to have 2 anti poison potions, 2 energy potions 1 single click teleport and the rest of your inventory filled with prayer pots. What you need to do is lure the skeleton gorillas I'll just call them skellrillas for now below the ledge next to their cave indicated pink on the map.
Chinchompa and Red chinchompa training is a great way to train here, as they all explode in a 6 square radius. You should stand under the ledge to be protected from the falling rocks, but just incase you do train in the cave not under the ledge then you should bring some food along as well. Once you have killed a skellrilla it will drop into a big pile of bone, but you can't pick them up or bury them as they will regenerate!
Keep on killing them and once you have run out of prayer potions and have almost run out of prayer, click your one-click teleport and get out. You can also get out the hard way; walk out! Each person here has a use except Rude old Bunkwicket and they are of vital use in Monkey Madness. Zooknock is the gnome mage of the 10th Squad. He provides you with many items of vital importance in Monkey Madness, Recipe for a Disaster and even outside of the quest.
He will then make this an enchanted bar. Take it to the temple basement and use it on the fire, it will become an unstrung monkey speak amulet. You can get these by either speaking to the monkey child in the banana garden or buy one from the magic store.
You can get these by killing a karamjan monkey, archer or ninja monkey, Padula and Ojulod, monkey guards Gorillas bearded and non-bearded, small zombie monkeys and large zombie monkeys. He has no vital importance other than fighting the Jungle Demon in Monkey Madness, arguing with Waymottin and giving you some vital information. Other than fighting the Jungle Demon in Monkey Madness, arguing with Bunkwicket and giving you a 10th squad sigil when you have lost one he has no vital importance.
I am always inclined to make a weird picture for the farewell part of my guides but this time it really is goodbye! Thankyou that is why my pics are so small please tell me what I need to set it as and could you also tell me what you think of my guide plz?
For better pics, use imageshack uploader on the bottom of the screen where you post like when I'm writing this post, the imageshack bar is found by scrolling down upload your pic, and use hotlink to forums one. That makes you're pics bigger . Requirements: Must have started Monkey Madness Reccomended completion. Once you have your equipment head to Daero and go to the hangar fly with Waydar to the crash island, and take Lumdo's boat to ape atoll, if you have finished monkey madness or you have a monkey greegree transform into a monkey and head to the ruined ladder head down the ladder and you'll appear in the Zooknook caves.
The key of the zooknoock caves is Zooknoock the mage making you monkey greegrees and amulets, the zombie monkeys for there bones for greegrees, the quest of course and finally training on the skeleton gorillas. When your going through the caves you'll find that there are common rockslides caused by zooknoock firing Fire Bolts at the wall, to get past these safely, as soon as you get in the cave run under the first ledge an wait until the rockslide has been then run under the next ledge wait until the rockslide is over and carry on doing this to get past the rockslide safely the only acception to this is in the gorilla caves when you have to carefully walk past the poisened spike traps.
My friends often ask me to the skeleton gorillas ever drop any monkey bones? I am currently having a word with jagex in the main runescape forums as you read this about making a skeleton gorilla greegree. If you are doing skeleton gorilla training I advise you to have 2 anti poison potions, 2 energy potions 1 single click teleport and the rest of your inventoy filled with prayer pots. Once you have had enough or run out of prayer potions just use your quick 1 click teleport, it is not reccomended but if you want to carry on in the caves run away from the skellrilla cave and equip your monkey greegree.
I am always inclined to make a wierd picture for the farewell part of my guides but this time it really is goodbye! I am currently creating more for the guide including the cave north of the Zooknoock caves used to make your Monkey Amulet.
Just a small gramar mistake, on the recomended backpack items if you haven't completed Monkey Madness you forgot to but an " " at the end. A Super antipoison may be a good replacement.
Make sure to take good food, at least lobsters. If you have level 52 Summoning, take a Spirit Terrorbird pouch with Tireless run scrolls. To simulate this effect, after the As a First Resort quest, you unlock a mineral pool that will allow you to run for a limited time while barely losing any energy.
The recommended equipment is mainly made up of Prayer boosting equipment, and the Boots of Lightness and Spotted Cape to lighten the load so you can run longer without taking a rest. The reason you want a prayer boost is if you do not plan on carrying a Monkey Greegree. The Ring of Life is in case you almost die in the dungeon. An Explorer's Ring from the Lumbridge task system will replenish your run energy a few times per day.
Another substitute for the gloves are Penace Gloves, which lessen the weight you are carrying. Once you enter the dungeon, immediately head east to seek cover under the closest rock bridge as seen in the picture below.
This is to protect you from the falling debris that will constantly damage you if you are not protected. Whenever the screen starts shaking, some will fall down. If you are not a wielding your Monkey Greegree, you will be attacked by every creature in the dungeon. Along the paths, you might run into a few traps. Many people train in this dungeon with Red Chinchompas because the Skeletons spawn and when you kill them, their bones grow into new Skeletons.
